The new feature on the site of AIS Group - "Evaluate the quality of service"!
As before, the priority of AIS Group is to improve usability of our products and services by our clients, including the active introducing of information technologies in the work with clients. If previously to assess the level of service you needed to make phone calls, now you can just leave a comment on the site of AIS Group in the section "Your opinion about us." You can evaluate the quality of service after purchasing of a new car, and after a visit to the service station.
AIS Group is committed to making the purchase and operation of the car simple and convenient. Therefore, everyone's opinion about the quality of services provided by the company is very important! Thanks to the introduction of the new features and capabilities to assess customer’s satisfaction (CSI - Customer Satisfaction Index) on the Internet, it will be easier for Ukrainian motorists to express their opinions, and the company will be able to continue to improve the quality of services provided.
For all customers who purchased a car in the network of the AIS Group or visited the stations it is possible to leave a feedback by answering a series of questions on the page www.mnenie.ais.ua selecting one of the sections:
- You purchased a new car
- You are the AIS service center
Note that the AIS Group set a goal to raise customer satisfaction (CSI) quality of service provided at the company level to at least 95%.
